Logan Taylor,
CRNA, NSPM-C, Founder
Logan Taylor is a board-certified nurse anesthetist and one of a select number of providers nationwide with board certification in Non-Surgical Pain Management.
In addition to his clinical work, Logan serves as a Clinical Instructor with Texas Christian University, training future nurse anesthetists.
He has extensive experience in anesthesia and perioperative care, including advanced sedation and anesthesia services for dental and oral surgeries.
Logan also specializes in regenerative medicine for joint, muscle, and nerve conditions, offering non-surgical solutions designed to restore function and relieve pain.
Jacob (Jake) Pressler,
CRNA, NSPM-C, Co-Founder
Jacob “Jake” Pressler is a board-certified nurse anesthetist and Non-Surgical Pain Management specialist with deep expertise in anesthesia for a variety of procedures, including dental and oral surgeries.
His experience spans perioperative care, regenerative medicine, and interventional pain management.
Known for his precision and patient-focused approach, Jake delivers customized, image-guided treatments for chronic pain, orthopedic injuries, and degenerative conditions—helping patients recover faster and return to the activities they love.
Blake Randles,
DC, NP, RMSK, Clinical Director
Blake Randles is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Doctor of Chiropractic, and Musculoskeletal Sonologist with over 15 years of experience in regenerative and pain medicine.
The first in the nation to achieve board certification in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound through ARDMS and APCA, Blake is recognized as a leader in image-guided regenerative treatments.
He has taught thousands of medical professionals across the U.S. Blake’s expertise spans PRP, prolotherapy, stem cell, and hyaluronic acid therapies, all delivered with precision ultrasound guidance.
He is dedicated to combining integrative regenerative products with accurate diagnosis to give patients the best chance for recovery and long-term relief.
Jeffrey Alexander,
DO, Anesth., Medical Director
Jeffrey Alexander is a board-certified anesthesiologist with more than 20 years of experience providing safe, effective anesthesia care and perioperative pain management.
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from A.T. Still University’s Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996 and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science in 2000.
Dr. Alexander is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is affiliated with multiple hospitals, including OSF Healthcare St. Anthony’s Health Center and Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dedicated to patient comfort, safety, and positive outcomes, Dr. Alexander combines extensive clinical experience with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
